The Structure

Particular attention was dedicated to the interior fittings thanks to the use of traditional materials: terracotta floors handmade, in its natural color; stone in almost all the interiors of the house, in continuity with the truest traditional Cilento, who lives in the stones of the ancient residences and several villages of Cilento.
The masonry kitchen enhances the gastronomy of the village and the whole territory, now emblematic communities of the Mediterranean Diet, a World Heritage Site. During summertime you will always find some local treats to taste on the rooftop terrace: typical biscuits, jams and white figs of Cilento; in winter you will be able to enjoy hot drinks or a glass of wine in front of the fireplace, or in the small tavern.

THE KITCHEN

Characteristic atmosphere and hearth of the house: a brace with exposed wooden hood fact characterizes the uniqueness and taste. Conceived as the ancient masonry kitchens of yesteryear, today with a touch of modernity, it is proposed in its intimate warmth.

THE FIREPLACE HALL

This room, with its characteristic walls and exposed stone and its great fireplace, it is characterized by elegance and simplicity.
It is used for the reception of guests and for breakfast, which on sunny days can be offered in the adjacent terrace.

THE TERRACE

Elegant tables and wrought iron beds characterize the welcoming decor of the rooftop terrace. Between the blue sea and the green of the olive trees the view turns all around the valley. The view opens on history: the Church of St. Nicholas and the ancient watch towers, today chosen location by peregrine falcons, are living testimony to the antiquity of the village.

THE TAVERN

The small Tavern, with its characteristic wall and its stone arches, is ideal for gourmet moments and to taste the local specialties: the Cilento and Lucania Wines and tasting of quality products such as White Figs of Cilento and Olives Pressed (Presidio Slow Food).
